We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App "SynStrategy" collects a limited amount of data, which is used solely for the purpose of maintaining the stability and performance of the App. We collect the following types of data:

Crash Data: Diagnostic information, such as crash logs, is collected to identify and fix software bugs and improve the reliability of the App.
Performance Data: Data regarding startup time, crash rate, and energy usage is collected to measure the technical performance of the App.

Third-Party Processor and Retention

These diagnostic data are collected and processed by Apple (via their built-in App Analytics and Crash Reporting tools) on iOS, and by Google (via the Google Play Console's Android vitals and crash reporting tools) on Android, each acting as our data processor. We retain this anonymized data only for as long as is necessary to troubleshoot errors, analyze app performance, and fulfill the stated purpose of collection, after which it is automatically deleted.

Data Stored on Your Device

Content you create in the App, such as custom datasets and your quiz and flashcard sessions, is stored locally on your device. This content is not transmitted to us and we do not have access to it. If you choose to export a dataset in order to share it, the transfer is initiated by you through your device's own sharing functions. Deleting the App removes this content from your device.

3. Anonymization and No Personal Data

The data collected is anonymized and not linked to your identity. We do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, location, or any other information that could be used to identify you personally. The data is not linked to your identity or device in any way that can be used for tracking purposes. We do not share any data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or tracking purposes.
